New Residences Development
In tandem with our £70 million Ayr campus development, the University has commissioned a new student residences development in Ayr to coincide with the opening in September 2011, of the new campus.
With 300 bed spaces, the provision will include en-suite student bedrooms with communal kitchen/living facilities. The rooms will provide space for a larger than average bed, a desk and carefully planned storage. A management suite, student lounge and laundry will also be contained within the residences. All open plan spaces and communal areas within the building will benefit from clear views in and out through glazed facades.
The new UWS Ayr campus will offer students the opportunity to experience an exceptional academic environment in a truly unique setting.
