Ayr Hall of Residence

This is a new residence in a woodland setting with 194 en-suite rooms and 6 Studio flats. The general en-suite rooms are within flats which typically consists of a shared open plan kitchen/dining/lounge and 5 single en-suite rooms. There is also a common room with television in the residence.

The 6 studio flats are larger than the standard en-suite rooms and are self contained with kitchen and en-suite.

The rent level reflects the high standard of this residence and to allow the residence to be maintained to the same high standard for the future.
