New Residences Development
Work commenced at the end of March 2011 on the new £13.2million student residences complex following permission to proceed from Renfrewshire Council.
The University's new student residences development for its Paisley Campus is due for completion in September 2012.
The residences development site is the existing University car park to the east side of the campus with Witherspoon Street running along its north boundary.

The new accommodation will comprise apartments each with shared kitchen/diner and lounge facilities and will provide 340 bed spaces. Communal facilities will include management suite, common room and laundry provision.
