    • How to log a call with ITDS Helpdesk
      +-

If you experience any problems logging into your student email, self service Banner or Moodle you must log a call with the Information, Technology & Digital Services (ITDS) helpdesk.

Please be prepared to provide your Banner ID and be able to provide any additional information for security purposes in the event that you do not have your Banner ID card with you.

Once a call is logged, ask the Analyst for the incident number. Taking a note of this number will make it easier to find your call should you wish an update.

    • OneDrive Access
      +-

Windows Live OneDrive is free online storage.

You can use OneDrive storage to backup your files online for free, or to share files online that are too large to email.

    • Saving your work on UWS PCs
      +-

When you save files to your H drive, you are saving to a secure location on the Student server.

The path for saving your work will look something like:

      Home Drive - B99999999 (H:)

Your 'My Documents' folder on the desktop is also redirected to your personal Home drive. You have 200mb of space on the server and all files are backed up on a daily basis.
