Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its *original condition within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used.
If you need to return an item please email merchandise@uws.ac.uk to let us know the details of the return or enclose a covering letter.
Please pack the item(s) carefully and securely to ensure that the item is returned in good condition.
* When trying on clothing, if you find that the item is the wrong size, please be aware that if there are any marks on the item (from deodorants/creams/make-up etc.), we may be unable to refund as the item is no longer in its original condition.
