  • 2017/18 fully funded Masters courses

    We are delighted to be able to offer full-funded scholarships for three Masters courses starting in September 2017. The courses are all Computing based and the scholarships from both Scottish Funding Council and The Data Lab  mean that succesful applicants will not pay tuition fees for these courses. To be eligible, you must normally meet Student Awards Agency Scotland (SAAS) eligibility criteria and are only applicable to Scottish and non-UK EU students.

  • Fully-funded Masters scholarships in Computing

    • Key Skills Funded scholarships - Scottish Funding Council

      Two of our Masters courses have a limited number of scholarships (Key Skills Funded scholarships from Scottish Funding Council) for those starting the courses in September 2017.

      These funded places cover the entire cost of the tuition fees for these Masters courses and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Scholarships are available only to those applicants who are normally eligible for SAAS funding.     • The Data Lab Scholarship

      The MSc Big Data (an option stream on our Advanced Computing Masters framework) has been awarded 14 fully-funded tuition fee scholarships by The Data Lab* for the September 2017 entry.

      To be considered for The Data Lab scholarship, you should indicate their intention to select the MSc Big Data stream within your Personal Statement during the application process. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis to applicants who are normally eligible for SAAS funding.       * The Data Lab enables new collaborations between industry, public sector and universities driven by common interests in the exploitation of data science. It is one of the eight innovation centres funded by the Scottish Funding Council and the European Social Fund through the Innovation Centres programme and provides resources and funding to kick-start projects, deliver skills and training, and help to develop the local ecosystem by building a cohesive data science community.
