Moodle Staff Development
CAPD will shortly be making available online staff development materials within the Moodle environment. The link to these materials will be announced through Blackboard and the eBulletin.
Staff development sessions which cover the basics of creating and maintaining a Moodle based module will be offered beginning in January 2012 through to July 2012. These sessions will be offered in the following formats:computer lab based, recorded presentations and online webconferencing.
Advanced usage of Moodle will be covered by online materials and a limited number of lab based sessions where there is sufficient demand.

CAPD are able to offer a wide variety of staff development events to meet the needs of the academic community. Please contact Dr David Ross to discuss School requirements.
For resource reasons, staff development sessions would generally require the attendance by at least 6 members of staff.
