Online Support
Online support may be useful if you are a part-time or distance learning student, or unable to make an appointment within normal working hours. We can provide general guidance and advice and you can email an assignment to us for review and feedback. A tutor will answer your questions and/or provide written feedback on your work by email at the first available appointment.
To use the service please email your enquiry and/or copy of your assignment to your campus Effective Learning tutor,ensuring that you include:
- your full name and contact details
- a copy of your assignment
- a copy of the assignment guidelines and criteria
- your Banner ID
- the module name and code
Please note that we are unable to provide a proof reading service.However, we will highlight any issues with language and structure and suggest strategies to assist in improvement.
