Glass Research and Development Group
Three staff members in Physics are involved with research into the structure and properties of various glasses and glass-ceramics which are of importance in a wide range of practical applications in optics and electronics.
The group has a previous record of attracting external funding and consultancy work as well as a number of publications in this area.
