STAGES: Placements for foreign students
Many universities ask that their students, as part of their studies, undertake a work placement. For many years now, we at the University have been providing opportunities for students to come to Paisley to satisfy this requirement. The requirement for a placement here is satisfied by the student working independently on a project provided by one of the lecturers or professors here at the University. Typically, these projects are on a subject of interest to the lecturer/professor but are not part of their funded research. Normally these placements last between 1 and 3 months.
