The ICT Service Centre is your first point of contact. They will log a call for you. Please be prepared to provide your banner ID and be able to provide any additional information for security purposes in the event that you do not have your bannerID card with you.  Calls logged are in the range of High, Medium or Low.  Our aim is to resolve all fault calls within 1 hour.  The ICT Service Centre is unable to give details on when a call can be completed.

Once a call is logged, ask the Analyst for the incident number.  Taking a note of this number will make it easier to find your call should you wish an update.
