Your UserID is your banner ID eg. B0011111
There is a Student Self Service User Guide that you can download that provides intructions on how to access and use Student Self Service.
You are told what your password is at the ICT Induction sessions during enrolment. If you require your password to be reset, please contact the ICT Service Centre.
When changing your pin, please remember that it is a personal identification number therefore numbers only may be used. The pin must be a 6 digit number. You will be prompted asking you for a security question and answer.
