DOCTORAL STUDENT ANA ADI HOSTS NEW MEDIA LECTURE TO THE USA USING NEW MEDIA

Ms Ana Adi, Doctoral Student in the School of MLM has been recently invited to offer a lecture on New Media and their impact on journalism practice to Florida Southern College, Lakeland, Florida, USA. The invitation came from the Dean of the Communication Department, Dr Christopher Fenner. Ms Adi will deliver her presentation on Tuesday, November 11, using Skype, a premiere for both UWS and Florida Southern College.
Ms Adi, a Fulbright Alumna from Romania, graduated from the University of Missouri School of Journalism before coming to the School of MLM on a full-time scholarship. During her first year, she has given invited presentations at the National Olympic Academy of the British Olympic Association and, in July, represented the UK at the International Olympic Academy postgraduate seminar.
