  • Provide support for you to come to University and during your studies
  • Highlight these support services so you know what we can do for you
  • Give priority access to most of our services

 

what support can we offer?

  • Accommodation: Year round access
  • Buddy Project: Partnership with a current student on the same degree
  • Funding Advice: Advice on what funding you can apply for and how to apply, plus, priority access to the Discretionary Fund once you enrol
  • Enabling Support: Help, advice and access to resources and facilities for those with a disability or specific impairment
  • Counselling Service: Support for you in your emotional well-being and development throughout your University career
  • Personal Tutors: To provide academic support
  • Education Guidance Advisers: To provide continued support to part-time students
  • Effective Learning Advice: To help with study skills and strategies for learning
  • Employability Link, including Job Shop: Careers guidance and opportunities to improve employability through placements, part-time work and volunteering, as well as support preparing for graduate employment
