Making an Appointment
Counselling is available on all campuses and is part of Student Services. You can book appointments in person, by phone or by E-mail.

When are appointments available?
Listed below are the times when counsellors are normally available. If these don't suit you, please do not be put off. Get in touch, and we will always do our best to accomodate you.
Ayr Campus
Appointments at Ayr are usually available throughout the day on Tuesdays.
DUMFRIES CAMPUS
Appointments at Dumfries are normally on Thursdays between 11am and 3pm.
Hamilton Campus
Appointments are usually available between 9 am and 4 pm on Monday and Wednesday, and between 9 am and 12 noon on Thursday.
Paisley Campus
Appointments are usually possible Monday to Friday between 8.45 am and 4.45 pm.
Choosing Your Counsellor
It may be important to you to work specifically with a male or a female counsellor. If you have a preference, please say so when you book an appointment. We will do what we can to meet your request, subject to available resources.
