All Work Based Learning/Placement Learning offered by Schools and programmes is governed by the UWS Work Based Learning and Placement Learning Guidelines
and the
UWS Health and Safety Policy for Work-based Learning/Placement Learning Opportunities for Students
These guidelines have been developed taking into account the QAA Code of Practice for the Assurance of Academic Quality and Standards in Higher Education Section 9: Work-based and Placement Learning (2007) and the ASET Code of Practice, A Good Practice Guide for Placement and Other Work-Based Learning Opportunities in Higher Education (2009).
