Green Impact Awards

Green Impact logoAn exciting new awards scheme has come to UWS. The scheme is being delivered by Transition UWS which aim to support colleagues and students to create a low carbon university. Teams can now compete to reduce their environmental impact, through completing basic actions, such as printing double-sided and turning all of the computers off overnight.  This Scheme challenges departments across the university to take easy practical actions to help the environment. Twenty actions gets the team a bronze award and thirty-five gets them silver. The team with the most points by March will get the overall Gold award.   Colleagues wanting more information or interested in registering for the scheme should email transition@sauws.org.uk
