Inclusive practice, covering equality and diversity, is essential.  These resources will help you achieve inclusion in your own practice.  

Equality and Diversity

One of the UWS ‘truths’ is that ‘we are an inclusive organisation that welcomes and values diversity’ (UWS online- Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Procedure). There are a variety of resources available to support equality and diversity in teaching and learning.

  • An excellent set of resources about inclusive learning, teaching and assessment- including videos, case studies and resources- has been produced by The University of Plymouth. There are particularly interesting inclusivity case studies videos available about teaching multicultural groups and peer assessment.
