The University Court, our governing body, collectively determines our future direction, monitors performance and aims to foster an environment in which our strategic aims are achieved and our students succeed. We are seeking interest from talented and enthusiastic individuals to join the University Court. You will have significant experience of operating at a senior level in complex business, public or third sector environments and be familiar with the demands of board-level governance and trusteeship. Applications from those with a background in finance, audit or the health sector would be particularly welcomed.

Time commitment - circa 10-14 days per annum. The role is non-executive and unpaid however incidental expenses will be covered. Court appointments are normally for an initial period of 3 years. All HEIs in Scotland have charitable status and members of Court are charity trustees.
