Kevin Quinlan FCA, CPFA, MBA, BA

Kevin is the Director for International Trade & Investment at the Scottish Government leading their work on trade, international markets, exports and global investment flows. Before that he worked with the UK Department for International Development, most recently leading a fundamental review of their supply chain and heading their corporate finance and performance department.
Kevin has spent much of his career delivering economic development advisory programmes in emerging markets, developing extensive diplomatic and investment appraisal skills. He started his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and later worked for Oxfam GB as well as a spell in consulting. Kevin is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a member of CIPFA and holds an MBA from Warwick University.
