The friendly ITDS Helpdesk team are available across all campuses to answer your questions and assist you with our equipment and technologies.
Online
All students and staff members have access to an online Self Service Portal to search through the answers to FAQs, log calls or place service requests and review the progress of any submitted requests.
Telephone
Students from any campus can contact the Student Hub team for assistance by telephone on 0141 848 3800. Staff members can contact the Helpdesk by dialling 0141 848 3999 (or 3999 if dialling from an internal phone).
Students can email the Student Hub team at hub@uws.ac.uk for assistance. Staff members can email helpdesk@uws.ac.uk.
