If you are considering withdrawing from your course, the Finance Office would strongly recommend you contact us for individual advice on the implications to your funding and the charges you may need to pay.
Information about these charges can be found in the Pro Rata Charges document.
If you are being sponsored by SAAS and you withdraw from your course prior to the 1st of December, please note that the funding for your course will no longer be applicable. Therefore, you will be treated as a 'self-financing' student and become liable for any pro rata charges for the period you have attended.
If you are a self-financing student, you will be charged pro rata for your attendance at the University. This charge is due on receipt of your amended invoice/credit note. If the charge exceeds the amount you have already paid to the University, you will be refunded the difference.
International students should refer to the information dedicated to international students in the Pro Rata Charges document above for our current withdrawal charges.
Part-time students should contact the Finance office for personalised advice on the withdrawal charges they may have to pay.
