How do I pay my tuition fees?
The easiest and quickest way to pay is online using the Online Payment Facility, you will need Student Name, Student ID and Date of birth in order to do this. Select tuition fees and enter the amount you want to pay and continue through the payment pages to complete
Note, if you are a London Campus student, please use the Online Payment Facility (London Campus ONLY)
How do I pay for accommodation?
Once your accommodation has been accepted you can pay online via the Residents' Portal: https://uws.securedaccommodationnow.com/resident/login.aspx
I haven't received an invoice yet, what should I do?
All invoices are sent out in due course, if you have not received this within 2 weeks of enrolment. Please contact ar@uws.ac.uk
Can I pay in instalments?
Tuition and Accommodation fees for the current academic year can be set up for instalments online using the Online Payment Facility. This will create a recurring card payment instruction and payments will automatically be taken on the due dates of the instalments selected.

How can I set up a payment plan?
Can I set up an instalment plan before receiving an invoice?
Yes, you can, you should enter the full amount of your tuition fees (less any deposits) and the system will calculate your instalments.
I'm not sure if I have set up a payment plan, what should I do?
If a payment plan had been set up, you would have received an email confirmation. Please check your emails for this (including junk/spam).
Why has my instalment not been taken from my account?
You would have received an email to say that your payment had failed and will be taken again in 72 hours.
I have received an email to say my payment has failed, what should I do?
A second attempt at claiming this payment will be made within 72 hours.
If this is unsuccessful a second time, please contact the Finance Office to make alternative arrangements, creditcontroller@uws.ac.uk
If you have now made your payment, please ignore this automatic email.
My card details have changed or expired, how do I change them?

How do I check if my payment has been processed?
If paying via our online payment facility, then an email receipt will have been sent automatically by the online system. Please check your emails for this (including junk/spam)
Bank Transfer receipts will be sent out automatically within 72 hours of receiving payment.
Can I pay by Direct Debit?
We do not offer this facility but do use a recurring card payment system which is linked to a debit/credit card. An instalment plan can be set up using Online Payment Facility. option using your chosen card, payments are then automatically taken on the due dates of the instalments.
I don't have sufficient funds, what should I do?
If you are having difficulty paying your invoice, then please contact our Credit Control department on email creditcontroller@uws.ac.uk
I have received a reminder letter, what should I do?
If you have now paid or set up a payment plan after the date of the letter then please ignore it.
If you have not yet paid, then please pay the invoice using the following Online Payment Facility.
Who can make payment?
Anyone, for example: Student/Self, Employer, Friend, Guardian, Other Family, Parent, Spouse/Partner, Sponsor, Agent.
Is there a charge for paying with debit/credit card?
No, there is not.
