Former Chief Medical Officer for Scotland, Sir Harry Burns, is giving a keynote address at an international conference being held at UWS Paisley Campus.
The event will bringing together academics and practitioners from across Europe to explore how best to promote education that helps to empower local communities, focusing on local people’s strengths.
Held on Monday 10 December , the conference, which is free to attend, will provide the opportunity for attendees to take part in workshops to learn about the process of improving the wellbeing of local people through pioneering forms of collaboration and assets-led approaches to community participation.
