Our horizons are global and we deliver world-class research, but our primary focus is on working with local partners from across the University’s five campuses in Scotland and London.
University staff engage in a wide range of world class research and can disseminate findings or can undertake applied research with partner organisations on specific topics. Our staff have a wide range of specialist knowledge and are routinely available to assist organisations with feasibility studies, problem solving, consultancy and advice, research and development programmes, training programmes, analysis and testing. We also provide expert witness testimony in dispute resolution and ultimately in court proceedings.
Our range of specialist equipment and facilities is being updated constantly through targeted investment to ensure we have access to leading edge technology to support our world class researchers. Businesses, industry and the public sector can access these facilities too, through collaboration, partnership or commercial arrangement.
