We’re inviting football coaches from around the world to live and study in Scotland for two weeks in July and August. The Football Coaches Development Programme will be hosted at Paisley Campus, on the edge of Glasgow.

Suitable for: Football coaches (Beginner or Intermediate Level)
Study pathway/opportunity for further study: Masters in Applied Sport Coaching, Professional Doctorate

Visas: If you are from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, you can apply for a short-term study visa. Make sure you check the immigration requirements before applying (visit www.gov.uk/study-visit-visa for more details). You will receive a confirmation of booking and you should carry this confirmation with you when travelling. You can apply for a visa up to three months before your date of travel to the UK. You should get a decision on your visa within three weeks. You will need to attach an offer letter to your visa application. The offer letter is a ‘Booking Complete’ email, which is sent to you once you have booked and made full payment for the Summer School.
The overall aim of the programme is to provide participants with an understanding of current issues relating to the theory and practice of football coaching. This innovative curriculum has been designed by combining the applied skills, expertise and knowledge of UEFA qualified coaches and academics.
