BREAKFAST CLUB
Following the success of UWS Breakfast Club in Term 1 2022/23, we are now offering free breakfasts to our students on Ayr, Lanarkshire and Paisley campuses, Monday to Friday every week!, to help them fuel up for the day ahead!
We have received extremely positive feedback from our students and we are delighted to be able to extend this initiative further. Breakfast Club runs from 8.30am until 10am at each of these campuses.
At UWS we are here for our students, and this initiative ensures our students have a healthy kick-start to their day. Students will be able to sit down and enjoy their breakfast in The Atrium at Ayr, The Restaurant at Lanarkshire and The Hub at Paisley.
Eating a healthy breakfast has several benefits and can positively impact your studies, learning and general health. It’s also a great opportunity to catch up with your classmates and students from the wider UWS community.
Options available for the breakfast include coffee, fruit and croissants, as well as cereals and continental style offers.
In order to get your free breakfast you will just have to show our catering teams your digital student ID card.

We were extremely grateful to our UWS alumni after the Breakfast Club received donations totaling over £500 as part of the University’s Giving Tuesday campaign.
Through this campaign our alumni were asked to support UWS Breakfast Club as part of the UWS Development Fund. The campaign aimed to raise awareness of the project and the impact that it was having on our students.
In total 35 alumni collectively donated £435+ Gift Aid bringing the total to over £500 specifically for UWS Breakfast Club, and we would like to thank them for their generosity.
