Arts and media annual showcase - Thu 22 May
- Exhibition
- Student showcase
Join us for a week-long celebration of creativity, featuring a vibrant series of showcase events produced by students from across our Creative and Cultural Industries programmes within the Division of Arts and Media.
Building on the success of the past two years, the Arts and Media Showcase Festival—part of the School of Business and Creative Industries—returns bigger and better, expanding into a multi-day, multi-campus extravaganza.
From 19th to 22nd May at Ayr Campus, attendees can enjoy an exciting line-up including film screenings, live music, theatrical performances, art exhibitions, journalism reels, and much more.
For the first time, we're also bringing the Showcase to Paisley! To celebrate the town’s rich cultural heritage, a special pop-up event will take place in the upper atrium of the main building at Paisley Campus on Thursday 29th May from 1pm–3pm.
This event is delivered in partnership with sustainable textiles CIC, ReMode, and will feature a curated selection of work produced as part of ReMode’s Heritage Lottery-funded project, Through the Mill. The project invited UWS Arts and Media students to respond to creative briefs that celebrate Paisley’s cultural heritage in fresh and imaginative ways.
This event is for Thursday 22 May showcases. The day will run as follows:
Please select a ticket for each session you wish to attend!
We look forward to welcoming you to Ayr Campus for this event.
