Attendees at the Showcase can look forward to a diverse programme of student-led showcases, including:
· Film screenings
· Live music and performance
· Theatrical pieces
· Art and design exhibitions
· Journalism features and multimedia displays
The Arts and Media Awards Ceremony which brings the festival to a close, will be held on Thursday 22 May, recognises and celebrates student work across various disciplines.
This festival is one of the most exciting parts of the academic calendar. It’s a real celebration of everything our students have learned and created. The Showcase is about connecting students with the public, with industry, and with their future as professionals in the creative sector. It’s such a special time of year for our students and it’s a real joy to bring together all of our Creative Industries programmes in celebration of the wonderful student work produced in Ayr.
