What is your approach to health and performance?

How can I book a consultation or session?
To book a consultation or session, simply contact us via the contact form for the product you are interested in on our website or book a short consultation and one of our team will help you understand what services or packages would best suit your needs. We’ll schedule a time that works for you and provide all necessary details regarding the service.
What should I expect during a pre-test consultation?
If you opt for a consultation prior to booking, we’ll discuss your goals, health history, and any specific needs or concerns. Otherwise, you can go ahead and book the service you want, and we will ask for details we require during the booking process. For performance assessments, we conduct various tests dependent on your goals, such as VO2max testing and/or lactate threshold analysis.
Do I need to prepare for testing sessions?
Yes, some tests require specific preparation. We provide detailed instructions prior to your session to ensure you’re fully prepared.
What qualifications do your consultants have?
Our team includes highly qualified professionals with advanced degrees and certifications in Sport and Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, and Biomechanics. We also have accredited practitioners through organisations such as the Chartered Association for Sport and Exercise Sciences, The British Psychological Society, and registered Physiotherapists. Our consultants bring years of experience working with athletes, clinical populations, and organisations.
How do I know if your services are right for me?
If you’re unsure whether our services are right for you, we encourage you to reach out for an initial consultation. We’ll discuss your goals and tailor a plan that fits your individual needs. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 1 working days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel within this period, we cannot refund your fee.
How do I pay for your services?
Payment must be made to our online store via the link on the individual product pages. In most instances, we require payment 7 days in advance of your appointment, but some flexibility is possible to accommodate scheduling. If you are paying for a bespoke service that is not listed, please contact us for support.
Do you offer group or team services?
Yes, we provide group and team performance services. We can tailor programs to suit your team’s needs, including fitness testing, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention strategies. Contact us for more information.

Is parking available at your location?
Yes, we offer free parking at our premises for clients. Please follow the signs to the visitor carpark.
Do you have shower facilities?
Yes, we provide shower facilities for clients who need to freshen up after a performance test. Please bring your own toiletries and towel.
What should I bring to my session?
Please bring the following items to your session:
- Comfortable workout clothing and trainers for any physical assessments or exercises.
- If you regularly use a heart rate monitor in training, please bring it along. Don’t worry if you don’t as one will be provided.
- You are welcome to bring additional kit if you wish, such as power pedals etc. Please discuss this with your consultant prior to arrival.
How will I receive my results?
Some test results are available on the day, but for most of our services, we provide a written report 7-working days after your testing session. If any delays are expected, we will contact you.
