ENGINEERING PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Paid placement is possible on many of our Engineering programmes, with recent students undertaking placements with Spirit AeroSystems, Doosan Babcock and Rolls Royce.
Many of our programmes are accredited by professional bodies, including the Institution of Chemical Engineers, Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Institution of Civil Engineers, Institution of Structural Engineers, Institute of Highway Engineers, Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and the Permanent Way Institution.
Research and industrial collaboration
With research staff working in a variety of areas involving collaborations with industry, business, academia and government, you’ll be taught by academics with a wealth of experience across a spectrum of engineering disciplines.
