We aim to ensure that the content of the website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case.
If you notice any content that requires updating or replacing please use the form below to let us know.
Equally, if you have a project in mind that needs a bit more planning, and would like to meet with the digital team to discuss.

Types of requests can include:
- Replacing outdated text/copy on webpages
- Updating links
- Uploading or replacing PDF’s or images
- Adding event
- Rework or updates of whole pages or sections of the website if information needs updated
- Adding new pages
- Email marketing
- Sign up forms added to a page
- Data tracking (such as QR codes)
We understand that some updates need to be made more urgently, and we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Submissions are checked daily and we will assess your request and get back to you depending on the need ASAP however aim to respond to all requests within two working days.
All website updates follow a process of assessment and quality control, therefore we ask to ensure an appropriate lead time is provided for updates.
If a request will take longer than to com 10 days to complete we will be in touch to discuss and advise.
