We know that sometimes accidents can happen and that over time you may lose or misplace your degree parchments or academic transcripts. Don't worry, we can always help with replacements.

Degree certificates

Have you lost your UWS degree certificate? Don't worry! You can purchase a replacement award certificate. Please email alumni@uws.ac.uk for more information.

If you’re a graduate of one of our founding institutions (Paisley College of Technology, Paisley College, University of Paisley, Bell College of Technology, Bell College, Craigie College of Education), please email alumni@uws.ac.uk for more help and information.

Academic transcripts

You can request a replacement academic transcript from Registry. We can provide authorised academic transcripts for the majority of taught programmes from UWS and from its predecessor institutions (University of Paisley; Bell College of Technology; and Paisley College of Technology).
