Public Engagement with Research Award 2025
Applications for the Public Engagement with Research Award are now open and will close on Tues 27th May at 12 noon.
This award recognizes colleagues who have conducted research that has positively impacted the public and local communities. It will be given to researchers who have demonstrated effective public engagement activities within their research projects.

Three prizes will be awarded:
- Post-Graduate Researcher Prize
- Early Career Researcher Prize
- Open Prize

The Research Impact Award 2025
Applications for the Research Impact Award are now open and will close on Tues 27th May at 12 noon.
The Impact Award recognises a project or projects carried out by individual researchers or teams of researchers that resulted in significant impact outwith academia. Research impact is defined as the demonstrable change or effect that the research has had on society or the economy to the benefit or individuals, communities, organisations, or nations.
