Build a strong foundation in your first two years (Levels 7 & 8) with our newly introduced common modules where you'll focus on the essentials in business and marketing studies. For your third year (Level 9) onwards, you'll have the freedom to choose your area of specialism.

The BA (Hons) Business with HRM has been refreshed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving global economy. Alongside core business and principles, you will specialise in HRM while mastering AI-driven decision-making, developing entrepreneurial strategies, and gaining practical insights that are directly relevant to real-world business challenges.
Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the BA (Hons) Business with HRM provides a pathway towards CIPD qualifications that are highly sought after by employers, enhancing your employability.
Upon completion of the programme, our graduates are equipped with the professional knowledge, skills and understanding to pursue careers within human resources. The business modules arm our graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to explore careers in general organisation management.
Recent Business with Human resource management graduates are employed across the public, private and third sector in industries such as recruitment, NHS, BP, IKEA and local authority.

The BA (Hons) Business with HRM programme allows you to tailor your studies to suit your career goals.
In Levels 7 and 8, you'll build a strong foundation in core business subjects, shared across four pathways: Business, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. As you progress to Levels 9 and 10, you'll focus on specialised finance modules, alongside a common Research Design & Methods module at level 9 and a Dissertation/Project module at level 10.
A Digital/AI theme is embedded throughout the programme, ensuring you stay up to date with advancements in transformational technologies that are revolutionising how we work, learn and live.
Core modules include Risk in Financial Services, Global Financial Compliance, Investment Analysis, Strategic Financial Management, Statistics for Business with Finance, and more.
