Vice-Chancellor's Expenses

Whilst undertaking official University duties, the Principal & Vice-Chancellor will consequently incur costs relating to travel, accommodation and subsistence. The following information in relation to such expenses is being published on a voluntary basis. These published expenses include costs incurred by the Principal & Vice-Chancellor when on University business that were paid for by University credit card. As part of our finance processes we are required to carry out a reconciliation of any costs charged to a University credit card. As a result of this reconciliation, a number of small amounts such as foreign exchange charges and other travel costs appear in the published amounts.  This does not mean that a personal expense claim has been submitted for each of these amounts. The Principal & Vice-Chancellor’s expenses will be updated regularly.
