Payment terms for Self or Partially funded students
If you have not paid in full at enrolment, then UWS would require you to set up a payment plan as part of the enrolment process, this should be completed within the first week of classes commencing.
Payment plans also known as 'recurring card payments' are available for all self/partially funded students to help spread the cost of your tuition fees.
To make an immediate payment please refer to question “How do I pay my Tuition Fees”
To set up a payment plan please refer to question “How to Set Up a Payment Plan”
Self-funding students are required to pay a minimum deposit as noted below:
- Home/RUK students this will be the cost of one module
- International students this will be noted on your offer letter and payment should be made prior to CAS issuance, with the balance payable as noted in the “How to setup a payment plan” section, and this will provide guidance through the process.
Please be aware that it is the University’s decision to sponsor a student (issue a CAS) or not, and an integral part of that evaluation lies in having satisfactory evidence of the credibility of a genuine student, including the ability to finance their studies and living costs.
