Student Tuition Fees FAQs
If you have a question about your UWS tuition fees, you can find answers to many of the most common queries here.
Payment terms for Self or Partially funded students
If you have not paid in full at enrolment, then you should setup a payment plan as part of the enrolment process.
Payment plans also known as 'recurring card payments' are available for all self/partially funded students to help spread the cost of your tuition fees.
The payment plan is the same for all full-time students regardless of residency. It constitutes of seven equal monthly instalments which will be due on the 10th of each month.
The payment plan will be setup for each term/intake, you should choose the plan which relates to your intake. Payment will automatically be taken monthly and you will be emailed with your payment plan details. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to cover your payment.
For part-time students: If you have not paid in full at enrolment then you should also setup a payment plan. This will consist of three equal monthly instalments which will be taken on the 10th of each month. Please choose the payment plan which relates to your intake term and the plan will be named as Part-Time Instalment Plan (Term 1, 2 or 3). Payment will automatically be taken monthly and you will be emailed with your payment plan details. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to cover your payment.
In order to set up your payments in line with the above, you will need to set up a recurring payment, using your debit or credit card, through our online payment facility. Please see below.
