Understanding your offer
Click your offer type below for more insight on what it means and what you need to do next to reply.
Unconditional Offer
Congratulations! This means you've already met the entry requirements, and you’ve found your place at UWS!
All you need to do now is accept your offer and you’ll be a UWS student in September.
Depending on your course, you may still need to get a PVG check or provide proof of your results. Check your offer for these details.
Conditional
Congratulations! We’re excited to give you an offer of study, and there are some conditions you have to meet to get your place at UWS confirmed.
For most people, this means waiting for results day in summer to see if your exam results meet the conditions. They could be a combination of grades, scores or subjects. Your offer will provide all of the relevant details.
Replying to your offer
Depending on how you have applied, there are two ways to respond to your offer.
UCAS
Once you have received decisions from all of your chosen universities, UCAS will alert you that it is time to respond to your offers.
If you have received an unconditional offer from us, and accept as your firm choice, then congratulations - you're in!
Those holding conditional offers are advised to make two choices: 'Firm' and 'Insurance', the insurance choice university usually has lower entry criteria than the firm choice, so that if you do not meet the conditions of the offer for your firm choice, you may still meet those of your insurance and secure a place at university.
You'll then need to decline any other offers you have received.
Direct
If you have applied to us directly, then you will need to respond to your offer via our application portal.
