Gemma Roxburgh

Originally training as a Chartered Accountant within Audit at PwC, Gemma has around 20 years of experience in the Finance sector and has held senior leadership roles in a variety of industries, mainly focussed on technical accounting, change/project management and mergers & acquisitions activity. She also has experience in commercial contract negotiations, internal control/risk management and governance structuring. 

A passionate people leader, Gemma has developed and supported several individuals on their accounting and finance career journey, and continues her enthusiasm for higher education support through her appointment as a Lay member at UWS. Gemma is also a trustee of The Nepal Trust, a not-for-profit organisation focused on improving living conditions and opportunity for children and vulnerable people in Nepal.
