Hugo Stolkin

Hugo is an English corporate lawyer and partner at Linklaters LLP in London. He advises the boards and senior management of corporations and banks on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, listings, and governance and compliance matters.
Hugo has extensive experience in the London market and internationally across a range of sectors, including tech, fin tech, pharmaceuticals, energy, and natural resources. He has spent several years working in Linklaters’ Moscow office and his experience includes advising on transactions and governance matters in the Former Soviet Union, Central and South East Asia, China and Africa.
Hugo has worked at Linklaters LLP since 1996. Before training as a lawyer, Hugo studied Russian and German at University College, Oxford.
