Hugo Stolkin

HUGO STOLKIN

Hugo is an English corporate lawyer and partner at Linklaters LLP in London. He advises the boards and senior management of corporations and banks on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, listings, and governance and compliance matters.

Hugo has extensive experience in the London market and internationally across a range of sectors, including tech, fin tech, pharmaceuticals, energy, and natural resources. He has spent several years working overseas and has advised on transactions and governance matters in Eastern Europe, Central and South East Asia, China and Africa. 

Hugo has worked at Linklaters LLP since 1996. Before training as a lawyer, Hugo studied Modern Languages at University College, Oxford.
