RYAN DOHERTY

Ryan Doherty has spent the past 18 years shaping business strategy within the nuclear power industry, working in both Power Generation and decommissioning sectors. He is currently Head of Business Development for Tractebel (an Engie subsidiary) helping expand its interests in UK civil nuclear industry.
Ryan is a professionally qualified Engineer with a Degree in Civil Engineering from University West of Scotland; and has obtained a post-graduate Risk Management qualification. Prior to joining the UWS Court, Ryan was a co-opted member of the UWS Audit & Risk Committee for 3 years and also served as Chair of Mountain Training Scotland Board of Directors.
