Elaine Lorimer

Elaine is an award winning CEO, most recently of Revenue Scotland, Scotland's Tax Authority. Previous roles included the Chief Executive of the Law Commission of England and Wales and Director of Corporate Functions of the National School of Government.

A qualified lawyer and public finance accountant, Elaine loves leading out transformational change and building high performing organisations and teams.

She is now focussing on a portfolio career, blending consultancy with non executive roles. Outside of work, she is passionate about hillwalking and sailing the west coast of Scotland.
