Gordon Jack

Gordon is an experienced transformation and change professional with a background in central and devolved governments, law enforcement, and wider public services. He leads on projects focused on digital transformation, organisational design, and change leadership. Gordon holds a PhD in Management and has previously worked at the University of the West of Scotland as an Associate Lecturer and KTP Associate.
 
Alongside his professional role, he is also a Non-executive Director and Trustee of South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture, reflecting his wider commitment to community impact, inclusion, and wellbeing. Gordon is passionate about education and public service and brings a strong understanding of strategic change and organisational development. He is proud to contribute to the University’s long-term vision and the positive impact UWS makes across Scotland and beyond.
