Omowaleola Adebayo

Omowaleola Adebayo is currently serving a second term as President of UWS Students’ Union. Having completed an MSc in Project Management at UWS, she brings experience in governance, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, organisational development, and risk management, informed by a professional background spanning higher education, healthcare, and information technology.
As a member of University Court and Senate, and Chair of the Students’ Union Board of Trustees and Audit and Risk Committee, Omowaleola contributes to strategic leadership and effective governance across the University and Students’ Union. She works closely with students, staff, senior leaders, and external partners to support initiatives that enhance the student experience and strengthen institutional partnership.
Omowaleola is particularly passionate about student partnership, sustainability, employability, and inclusive leadership. She is committed to fostering collaboration, creating opportunities for student success, and ensuring that students play an active role in shaping their educational experience and the wider university community.
